PURPOSE: A washing device for partial deposition using high hydraulic pressure is provided to prevent a packing film from being deformed by eliminating moisture from the surface of the packing film using an air dehydrating unit and a dehydrating roll unit. CONSTITUTION: A washing device for partial deposition using high hydraulic pressure comprises an unwinding unit(10), a water tank(20), a high hydraulic pressure washing unit(30), a brush water tank(40), first and second dehydrating roll units(50,80), an air dehydrating unit(70), a drying chamber(90), and a winding unit(100). The unwinding unit unwinds a packing film. The water tank soaks the water ink layer of the packing film in the water. The high hydraulic pressure washing unit washes the surface of the packing film. The brush water tank washes the residual foreign substances on the packing film. The first and second dehydrating roll unit eliminates moisture from the surface of the packing film. The drying chamber completely dries the moisture of the packing film. The winding unit re-winds the packing film.
