PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet for the portable terminal and manufacturing method of the same is provided to reinforce a thin waterproof layer but not wrinkled, to transfer the sound without the sound distortion while reinforcing the waterproof layer, and to seclude the inflow of the moisture. CONSTITUTION: The waterproof sheet for the portable terminal includes; a waterproof layer secluding the inflow of the moisture and letting the sound pass through; and a stiffening layer, in which A plurality of holes(122) in which the sound passes through, after reinforcing the intensity of the waterproof layer by attaching to the waterproof layer. The hole of the stiffening layer is formed in the multiple column leaving interval and arranged by turns and the second row hole(122b) is arranged between the first row hole(122a). The sheet bonding layer adhered in the attach object is formed in the edge of the surface of the waterproof layer. The stiffening layer is formed into the film of the synthetic resin material having a plurality of holes and attached to the surface of the waterproof layer by forming the film adhesion layer adhered in the waterproof layer in the surface. The stiffening layer has a hole entangled with weft thread and warp yarn and is formed with the fabric in which bonding layer is formed in single-side.
