PURPOSE: An unbaked pellet and a manufacturing method and facility for the same are provided to improve the reactivity of the whole pellet in an iron making process by allowing the pellet to contain a proper amount of carbon materials. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing facility for an unbaked pellet comprises a first iron material hopper(11) which stores ion-containing materials, a carbon material hopper(13) which stores carbon materials, a first conveyor belt(15) which transfers the iron and carbon materials discharged from the first iron material hopper and the carbon material hopper, a first mixing device(21) which mixes the iron and carbon materials provided from the first conveyor belt, a first pellet assembling device(31) which assembles the first mixed materials into a core unit, a second iron material hopper(51) which stores iron-containing materials, a binder hopper(53) which stores binder materials, a third conveyor belt(55) which transfers the iron and binder materials discharged from the second iron material hopper and the binder hopper, a second mixing device(61) which mixes the iron and binder materials, and a second pellet assembling device(71) which coats the second mixed material on the exterior of the core unit. |
