PURPOSE: An eletrowetting display device is provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and to prevent light leakage of an image pixel opening without forming a black matrix layer. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(112) is formed on a first supporting substrate(111). A pixel electrode(122) is formed in a pixel opening unit on a second supporting substrate. An insulation layer is formed in the second bearing substrate including the pixel electrode. A cladding layer(124) is corresponded to the pixel opening on the insulating layer. A first fluid is independently formed in each pixel.
