PURPOSE: A positive system for heavy construction equipment by remote control valve stroke sensing and the control method thereof are provided to form a positive system simply without using many valves or pipelines. CONSTITUTION: A positive system for heavy construction equipment by remote control valve stroke sensing comprises: a stroke sensor(21) installed to a remote control valve(20) to sense the displacement of a spool in a remote control valve; a controller(22) connected with the stroke sensor to receive displacement signals of a spool and to control an electronic proportional pressure control valve according to the received signal; and an electronic proportional pressure control valve(23) receiving control signals by the controller and fixing the discharge flow rate of a pump regulator(30).
