PURPOSE: A weak signal deducing system using a metrical information analysis and method thereof are provided to deduce a metrical result from informal news information through an information analysis, thereby deducing a weak signal form objectified method. CONSTITUTION: An information processing unit(11) converts and processes the scientific technical information news to extract a word. A metrical analysis unit(12) measures and analyzes the word with a quantitative analysis method. A signal deducing unit(13) uses metric/analysis result to deduce a weak signal. A data storing unit(14) stored the scientific technology information, the analysis result and the weak signal.
