PURPOSE: A double binary turbo encoder, double binary turbo decoder, and visible ray communication system including the same are provided to increase BER performance by using double binary turbo encoding method. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device(100) includes a double binary turbo encoder(120) to encode data. A wireless optical channel(160) transmits a signal encoded through broadband. A receiving device(200) includes a double binary turbo decoder(240). The double binary turbo decoder receives the encoded signal through a wireless optical channel.
