WELDING METHOD OF UNDER BODY

PURPOSE: A welding method for a vehicle under body is provided to improve the watertight property of an under body and prevent corrosion caused by the infiltration of moisture. CONSTITUTION: A welding method for a vehicle under body is as follows. A lower flange(F3) of a dash panel(6) and a front flange of a rear floor panel are laser-welded to a front flange(F1) and a rear flanges of a center floor panel(4) as being overlapped with each other, wherein the edge sides of the flanges are continued at an angle of 20°~30°in a zigzag shape. The welding is implemented using continuous-wave Nd:YAG laser beam as heat source.
