PURPOSE: A radiator type heat sink device is provided to emit heat without respect to the fixing location of a heating part or the capacity of the heating part about a base to prevent the heating part from locally emitting heat, thereby preventing the wrong operation of the heating part. CONSTITUTION: At least one side of a heating part(10) is fixed to a base(11). A heat emitting fin(13) of a pin shape emits the heat of the heating part transferred through the base. A heat pipe(15) closely contacts a coupling hole(14) which penetrates the heat emitting fin. The heat pipe transfers the heat of the heating part transferred through the base to the heat emitting fin. An embossing unit(16) enlarges the heat emitting area of the heat emitting fin.
