PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for processing a UWB radar signal for vehicle capable of distinguishing vehicles are provided to identify multiple vehicles in an overlapped scattering point by improving multiple scattering points generated from a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: N repetitive transmission signals are reflected on a predetermined object and the reflected signals are received. The reflected signals are stored in N discriminable first memory regions according to the transmission signals. The signals within a predetermined distance from the stored signals are grouped and the grouped signals are stored in a second memory region. Distance and speed information is extracted according to each of the reflected signals stored in the second memory region.
