PURPOSE: A position change device, a bath tub and mattress in one, and a patient bed are provided to easily change the position of a patient who has an inconvenience to behavior using a mechanical unit. CONSTITUTION: A position change device comprises: a fluid filling type or elastic material filling type mattress(M-1); a lifting device(R) which is installed in one of the left back side or right back side of the mattress and lifts the right and left of the mattress; a water blocking member formed in the outer circumference of the mattress; and a drain hole installed in one of the mattress or water blocking member.
