PURPOSE: A method for analyzing a material using a gas vesicle protein is provided to analyze pollutant without using light intensity. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing a material using a gas vesicle protein(GVP) comprises: a step of binding a promoter and GVP gene(S100); a step of injecting the gene complex into a microorganism(S200); a step of adding the material to be analyzed(S300); and a step of analyzing the concentration of the material according to the buoyancy generated by the gas vesicle formed by the GVP gene(S400). |
