PURPOSE: An oil pump structure of a vehicle is provided to enable a relief valve to operate appropriately and stably without malfunction due to foreign materials by preventing the foreign materials from moving to the relief valve. CONSTITUTION: An oil pump structure of a vehicle comprises a housing(1) and an oil guide(3). The oil guide is formed integrally with the housing. The oil guide changes the flow direction of oil from an oil pump to an oil filter. The oil guide is formed in a space, which is divided into the oil filter part and the relief valve part of the housing. The oil guide is protruded integrally from a part of the housing, which forms the central part of the oil pump. The oil path(5) of the relief valve part of the housing is formed toward the lower part of the housing. The oil path(7) of the oil filter part of the housing is formed to slope toward the upper part of the housing.
