CONSTITUTION: Smoked food uniformly contains smoked smell components inside and outside the food. The smoked food is tofu, rice, or muk(grain jelly). A cooking apparatus(100) for the smoked food comprises a cooking container(110) and a combustion chamber(130) divided by a separation surface(120) with micro holes(122) or slits. The smoked food is produced by burning substances generating the smoke flavor by being burned inside the combustion chamber, and transferring the generated flavor and heat to food ingredients inside the cooking container.
