PURPOSE: A bollard capable of left and right position adjustment is provided to prevent car accidents by controlling the location of a bollard body side to side. CONSTITUTION: A bollard capable of left and right position adjustment comprises a supporting plate(200), a hinge(300), a bracket(400), a cylinder(500) and a housing(600). The supporting plate is installed on the lower part of a body(100) and fixes the body. The hinge is combined in the lower part inner end of the supporting plate and clinches the supporting plate and body. The bracket is combined in the lower part of the hinge. The housing protects the bottom of bracket and cylinder.
