PURPOSE: A river water purifying block is provided to perform environment-friendly water purification by forming a reservoir water area around a bank and river side. CONSTITUTION: A river water purifying block comprises A bank, a water tank(33) and an inside wall. The bank forms a water tank. The water tank protrudes along a river side(11). The water tank has side walls. The water tank has a blocking wall(27) on both side edge. An upper panel of the water tank forms a handrail(42) on both edge in order to form a road(41). The handrail is projected and expanded to the external periphery. An inlet port(43) and a second outlet are formed on the inside wall.
