<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to eliminate the characteristic deviation of a transistor for driving pixels by calculating a video signal according to the characteristic of the transistor. CONSTITUTION: A pixel(103) includes a light emitting element and a transistor. A memory memorizes data related to a constant. A current measuring part is in connection with a wiring supplying a current to the light emitting element. A source signal line driving circuit(101) is arranged around a pixel part.
