PURPOSE: A decorating material from multiple glancing angle deposition and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to save cost by not using an emulsifying agent. CONSTITUTION: A fuel emulsifier system and a method thereof comprises 1, 2, 3, 4 ultrasonic irradiator(10)(20)(30)(40), a high speed rotary mixer(50), and ultrasonic wave controller(60). The first ultrasonic irradiator emulsifies the first so that the fuel and water are coagulated. The second ultrasonic irradiator emulsifies the second so that the fuel and water are emulsified to be coagulated. The third ultrasonic irradiator emulsifies the third so that the fuel and water are emulsified to be coagulated. The fourth ultrasonic irradiator emulsifies the fourth so that the fuel and water are emulsified to be coagulated. The high speed rotary mixer is created the emulsified fuel in which the size is formed into utterly combustible 50~100μ size. |
