PURPOSE: A cold and warm massage apparatus is provided to maintain the temperature of a high temperature generation part and a low temperature generation part constant. CONSTITUTION: A cold and warm massage apparatus comprises: a body part(100) having a controller controlling the high temperature and low temperature of a thermoelectric element; a heat radiation member in which one side thereof is combined with the body part; a connecting member which is extended from the other side of the heat radiation member; a middle portion(200) having a penetration hole; a high temperature heat transfer member combined with the end part of the connecting member; a low temperature heat transfer unit(300); and a thermoelectric module unit(400).
