PURPOSE: A door latch assembly for a vehicle is provided to improve operational convenience for opening and closing a door. CONSTITUTION: In a door latch assembly, a handle lever(20) is fixed to the upper part of a certain position inside a door latch case(16) and is rotatable. The end of a cable is fixed to the lower part. A spring fixing end is formed in left end. A release lever(26) unites a central part with the handle lever(20) in coaxial and is rotated together with the handle lever. A master locking link(32) is moved up and down in the door latch case. A return spring(34) is connected between the spring fixing end of the handle lever and the spring fixing end of the locking link.
