PURPOSE: A height-elevating pad for wearing inside socks including a separation-preventing unit is provided to secure the firm wearing state on feet of a user using an ankle band and a fixing belt. CONSTITUTION: A height-elevating pad(10) for wearing inside socks including a separation-preventing unit comprises a first ankle band(20), a second ankle band(21), and a fixing belt(30). The first and second ankle bands are connected to both ends of a combining band(22) protruded from a pad unit(11). Velcro tapes are attached to both ends of the fixing belt.
