PURPOSE: An 8-shaped heat screen for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance the shielding performance of heat, vibration and noise using an 8-shaped air pocket. CONSTITUTION: An 8-shaped heat screen(10) for a vehicle is as follows. Protrusions(111a,111b,111c) and grooves(113a,113b,113c) are continuously formed using one metallic sheet in a wave form. A wave form of member is manufactured. The wave-formed member is compressed in a width direction and the heights of the protrusions and grooves increase. The wave-formed member is pressed so that the protrusions and the grooves slope in one direction. The sloped wave-formed members are pressed at regular intervals and thus air pockets(132) are formed.
