The napkin (1) has a liquid-repellent adhesive foil (2) attached at a rear side. A biologically degradable hygiene bag (4) is arranged in the adhesive foil. The hygiene bag is pushed out from the adhesive foil by an opening. Detention strips (3) are provided for adjustment of the napkin.
