PURPOSE: A cell guide welding jig and a driving method thereof are provided to enable an operator to facilitate welding work with comfortable posture since a long cell guide is stably driven. CONSTITUTION: A cell guide welding jig comprises a drive jig(100) and a driven jig. The drive jig comprises a lower jig(120), an upper jig(110), a main shaft gear(160), a drive motor(150), a fixing unit(124), a support roller(140), and a frame(180). An inner surface gear(121) is formed on the cylindrical surface of the lower jig. The inner surface gear(111) is formed on the cylindrical surface of the upper jig. The main shaft gear engages with the inner surface gear of the upper and lower jigs. The drive motor drives the main shaft gear. The driven jig is separated from the drive jig. The driven jig is rotated together with the driving force of the drive jig.
