PURPOSE: A concrete composition and a panel including the same for artificial waterfall and artificial rocks are provided to improve the hardening speed of concrete by introducing glass fiber and metakaolin. CONSTITUTION: A concrete composition includes cement mortar, fine sand, glass fiber, admixture, an accelerating agent, and metakaolin. The admixture includes a dispersing agent, a fatty acid metal salt, silica, promoter, plasticizer, and surfactant. The fatty acid metal salt is one of zinc oleate, calcium oleate, aluminum oleate, zinc stearate, calcium stearate, and magnesium stearate. The fatty acid metal salt is in a power shape. The particle size of the fatty acid metal salt is 5um or less. The concrete composition is applied on the inside of silicon, which is the relief of a natural object, in order to obtain an artificial object(S50).
