APPARATUS FOR REMOVING SCALE AND METHOD OF REMOVING SCALE IN COOLING WATER SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A scale eliminating apparatus and a method for eliminating scales form a cooling system using the same are provided to reduce cost required for operating the apparatus by eliminating fine particles and compacting the structure of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An electromagnet housing(121) is combined with the upper side of an inflow head(116) and receives coolant containing fine particles from a cyclone main body(111). The cyclone main body downwardly swivel coarse scale particles and upwardly swivel fine scale particles. The fine particles are attached on electromagnet(122). A coolant discharging pipe(126) discharges coolant without scales from the electromagnet housing. A electromagnet part includes a coolant discharging pipe valve(127). A reverse washing pipe(131) is in connection with the discharging hole of the cyclone main body. A reverse washing part(130) includes a reverse washing valve(132), and the reverse washing vale is controlled to discharge remained scales in the cyclone main body and fine particles on the electromagnet through the reverse washing pipe.
