PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing a light emitting device is provided to improve the luminous efficiency of the light emitting device by using a composite having high transmittance for the light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: In a method of manufacturing a light emitting device, a substrate(101) is used as a supporter for a light emitting device. A first electrode(102) is formed with various kinds of conductive compound of metal, alloy, and electric conductive material. A first layer(103) contain a composites. A material with high electronic mobility is included in a second layer. A third layer(105) includes high luminous material.
