A according to the present invention includes a heater 13 which heats water, an output operating section 9 which adjust output of the heater 13, a discharging portion (showerhead) 5 from which hot water heated by the heater 13 is discharged, and a hot/cold switch 10 which starts operation for alternately spurting two kinds of hot water having different temperatures, and when the hot /cold switch 10 is operated to start the hot/cold bathing operation, output of the heat source is adjusted such that a temperature detected by the temperature sensor 31 becomes equal to a temperature which was set by the temperature operating section for first predetermined time and hot water is spurted, and after the first predetermined time is elapsed, the two kinds of hot water having the different temperatures are alternately spurted, a load on a heart when taking a shower bathing is reduced, and comfort is enhanced.
