The invention relates to an electrocatalytic membrane system for obtaining fuel gas. According to the invention, the system comprises a high-frequency direct current source (A), a power system (B), an electrocatalytic module (C), and a membrane module (D) for gas purification, the module (C) consisting of pairs of Cu pipes forming two electrodes, with the electrodes (1) within the electrodes (2) which are electrochemically plated with an oxido-reducing metal, with nanoparticles of active carbon or granular diamond in the gap between the electrodes, activated with water vapours and microelements with the role of electrolyte, catalyst and homogenizer, the pairs of electrodes being connected in parallel to the direct current source, provided with a water cooling system which also controls the amount of CO, between the two electrodes there being two composite membranes (5) which confine and fix the catalyst and some promoters (13), the electrodes being mounted in a high-density polypropylene recipient (3) provided with the level sensors (m) and (M) and the temperature sensor (T1), and with some tight caps (12), where the upper cap is provided with a connection for the discharge of the primary gas through an electrically operated valve (E1) and one for water supply through the electrically operated valve (E1'), and the lower cap is provided with a connection for the discharge of water of over 45°C through an electrically operated valve (E2), the voltage employed being of 80 V and the source installed capacity of 24kWh for a minimal vessel capacity of 100 l.
|
