PURPOSE: A surgical gown dispensing and collecting apparatus is provided to store a large amount of surgical gowns with simple configuration and small size. CONSTITUTION: A surgical gown dispensing and collecting apparatus comprises a surgical gown feeding unit(100) and a surgical gown return unit(200). The surgical gown feeding unit has an internal space for storage of surgical gowns before use and supplies the stored surgical gowns to authenticated users. The surgical gown return unit authenticates users who return surgical gowns after use and has a collecting part for storing the surgical gowns being returned. The surgical gown feeding unit comprises a case(10), a rotating bar, a plate, an anti-separation case, an authentication part(50), and a control part.
