<p>Disclosed is an armature coil having a three-phase, two-layer configuration. In the coil, phase belts of the winding section, wherein upper coil pieces (15a, 15b) and lower coil pieces (16a, 16b) are housed in two layers inside multiple slots (13) provided in an armature core (12) and the upper coil pieces and the lower coil pieces are successively connected in series with a connection-side coil end section (19a) and a reverse connection-side coil end section (19b) to form the same phase, have n parallel circuits (n is an integer 1 or greater), and an output terminal lead wire (21) connected to an output terminal (22) and an output terminal lead wire (21) connected to a neutral terminal (23) are connected to the connection-side coil section of each of the phase belts. The lead wire (21) connected to the output terminal (22) is connected to a coil piece which is positioned more to the inside than at least the first coil piece, counting from the end of each phase belt, and the coil piece positioned at the end of the phase belt and the coil piece in the same parallel circuit positioned at least n<sup>th</sup> (n is an integer 1 or greater) from the other end within the same phase belt are connected with a jumper wire (20).</p> |
