Adhesive film formed from an adhesive which can be obtained by mixing a curable resin composition and two or more types of insulating organic particles differing in mean particle size, wherein the average particle size of the insulating organic particles having the largest average particle size among the two or more types of insulating organic particles is 2-5 µm and the average particle size of the insulating organic particles having the smallest average particle size is 0.05-0.5 µm, and the total quantity of the two or more types of insulating organic particles included in the adhesive film is 10-50 mass% based on the mass of the adhesive film as a whole.
