Disclosed is an apparatus for introducing material into an injection site of a patient. The apparatus includes a cannula defining a lumen, a carrier for delivering material from an injector to an injection site. The carrier defines a lumen and includes a supply section operable to receive curable material and an inner section defining a tip section operable to direct material in a direction that is not coaxial with an axis of the inner section. The carrier is releasably attachable to the cannula. At least a portion of the inner section is located within the lumen of the cannula wherein the portion is at least 50% the length of the cannula.
