FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention deals with improved design of screened electric pump, and namely screened electric pump which is made from plastic or has plastic cover and used for transfer of chemical liquids; at that, pump differs by the fact that support design of rotor has been improved by means of high rigid cantilevered fixed shaft. High rigid cantilevered fixed shaft of this invention includes metal shaft which is tightened on rear housing of motor by means of a nut in order to compress ceramic sleeve and rear housing of motor and to obtain complex cantilevered fixed shaft, ceramic sleeve of shaft, which performs the functions of hydraulic bearing and axial thrust bearing, rear housing of motor, which improves rigidity of fixed shaft for support of rotor rotation of motor, protective cover which performs sealing function for ceramic sleeve. Besides, protective cover has central hole for passage of metal shaft, and inner space which is used for arrangement of rotor of the motor and provision of tightness of motor stator winding. ^ EFFECT: simple and high structural strength of screened electric pump at simultaneous provision of its tightness. ^ 12 cl, 9 dwg |
