PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an interfering sheet and the interfering sheet manufactured by the same are provided to improve the reliability of the interfering sheet by arranging conductive particles in the thickness direction of the interfering sheet. CONSTITUTION: An interfering sheet(10) is arranged between an element to be inspected and an inspecting device in order to electrically connect the terminal of the element to be inspected and the pad of the inspecting device. A plurality of conductive parts(11) is arranged at the corresponding locations with respect to terminals of the element to be inspected. An insulating part(12) supports the conductive parts and insulates the conductive parts from each other. |
