Triazolopyridazines as tyrosine kinase modulators

Disclosed herein are triazolopyridazine compounds of Formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification, the use of such compounds as protein tyrosine kinase modulators, particularly inhibitors of c-Met, the use of such compounds to reduce or inhibit kinase activity of c-Met (a proto-oncogene that encodes a protein known as hepatocyte growth factor receptor (HGFR))in a cell or a subject, and modulation of c-Met expression in a cell or subject and the use of such compounds for preventing or treating in a subject a cell proliferative disorder and/or disorders related to c-Met. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the present invention, methods for treating conditions such as cancers and other cell proliferative disorders as well as processes for producing compounds of formula (I).
