Disclosed is a D-tartrate salt of compound (1) ((R)-3-fluorophenyl-3,4,5-trifluorobenzylcarbamic acid azabicyclo [2.2.2]oct-3-yl ester) possessing a stoichiometry of 1:1 of D-tartaric acid, and in the form of crystalline ploymorph I, is characterized as in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of said salt in the treatment of incontinence.
