The system (1) has a seizing unit (26) seizing braking request of a driver of a vehicle. Brake circuits (19, 20) comprise a controller associated with a wheel brake. A brake system controlling CPU (22) is connected to the seizing unit, converts the request of the driver into a control signal, and transmits the signal by a communication system (23) of the brake circuit independent of the controller. The seizing unit is directly connected to the controller, and the communication system is connected to the CPU.
