PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device and a door device for an elevator improvable in foreign matter detection sensitivity. SOLUTION: A buffer member 9 arranged at the door end part of a door dividedly includes a base member 9a having a first flat surface 9a1 at a center part along a depth direction of a door stop side end of the door, and a cover member 9b mounted to cover the base member and having a second flat surface 9b1 facing the first flat surface of the base member, on the center part back face along the depth direction of the door stop side end of the door. A pressure detector 11 of plate shape is disposed between the first flat surface and the second flat surface. Each of the base member and cover member is formed of a flexible member, and the cover member has flexibility of being deformed at a lower pressure than the base member. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
