PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for making a crease on a film, capable of surely making a crease in a longitudinal direction of the film. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a first crease-making roller 41 and two second crease-making rollers 42, which are oppositely provided across a strip film 11. A protruding line is formed along one of outer peripheral surfaces of the first crease-making roller and the second crease-making rollers, and a recessed groove aligning with the protruding line is formed on the other surface. A contact region on the strip film is pressurized by the contact pressure between the first crease-making roller and the second crease-making rollers, to make a crease by the recessed groove and the protruding line.
