Disclosed is a heat-resistant superalloy into which chromium, aluminum, cobalt, titanium and ruthenium are added as main components and auxiliary components may be added, with the balance that excludes the main components and the auxiliary components being made up of nickel and unavoidable impurities. The added amount of chromium is 2-25 mass% (inclusive); the added amount of aluminum is 0.2-7 mass% (inclusive); the added amount of cobalt is 19.5-55 mass% (inclusive); the added amount of titanium is not less than [0.17 × (the percentage by mass of cobalt - 23) + 3] mass% but not more than [0.17 × (the percentage by mass of cobalt - 20) + 7] mass% (provided that the added amount of titanium is not less than 5.1 mass%); and the added amount of ruthenium is 0.1-10 mass% (inclusive).
