<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional video-processing device for reducing a sense of discomfort given to a viewer, in which the display becomes two-dimensional in the middle of three-dimensional video display, and to provide a three-dimensional video-processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The three-dimensional video-processing device 100 which outputs an image for the left eye and an image for the right eye to be superposed on a main video includes: a left-eye object processor 210 for outputting the left-eye image; a right-eye object processor 220 for outputting the right-eye image; and an output control section 230 for controlling the left-eye object processor 210 and the right-eye object processor 220 in such a way that the left-eye image and the right-eye image are synchronized and output. The left-eye object processor 210 includes an output processor 215 for determining whether or not output preparation of the left-eye image has been completed. The right-eye object processor 220 includes an output processor 225 for determining whether or not output preparation of the right-eye image has been completed.
