<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting a defect so that a transparent conductive layer is formed and recovered over a pinhole having a size of about 30 μm or less formed in a transparent conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: In a color filter for a liquid crystal display device having at least a black matrix 2, a coloring pixel 3 and the transparent conductive film 5 on a glass substrate 1, the method of correcting the color filter includes a step of forming the transparent conductive film on the pinhole 6 by applying conductive ink 9 on the pinhole on the transparent conductive film 5 using an application needle 8. When the application needle 8 having the conductive ink 9 is moved to the pinhole 6 and lowered, the tip of the application needle is lowered without contacting the pinhole and the conductive ink 9 held by the application needle 8 is transferred. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
