<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a rotary case from separating from a stopper and flopping vertically by inertia force caused by acceleration and deceleration of a vertical movement motor. <P>SOLUTION: The component mounting apparatus 100 for mounting a sucked component includes: a moving body 14 supported so as to freely move up and down; a first drive source 21 for lifting the moving body; a suction nozzle 12 for sucking a component at a tip end part; a second drive source 31 which is a drive source used to lift the suction nozzle, and pressurize and mount the component, which is sucked by the suction nozzle, on a mounting object; a transmission mechanism 39 for transmitting drive of the second drive source to the suction nozzle; and the stopper 43 which is arranged on the moving body, and on which the transmission mechanism abuts at a predetermined height when the suction nozzle descends to restrict descent of the suction nozzle. The component mounting apparatus 100 includes a control means 110 which increases an output of the second drive source only during acceleration when the moving body descends by the first drive source or only during deceleration when the moving body rises, and increases pressurizing force to the stopper. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
