<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group management control device and a group management control method for an elevator attaining power-saving operation without degrading service to users. <P>SOLUTION: The group management control device 3 for the elevator includes a traffic flow storage device 8 measuring the number of elevator users and storing the flow of traffic between respective floors; an operation pattern switching device 9 switching an operation pattern when discriminating the state of the stored flow of traffic being a predetermined value or less; a responsibly floor determining means 7 converting the flow of traffic into the total moving amount indicating the total number of moving persons between the respective floors per unit time, and grouping elevator cars from the total moving amount to determine the responsibly floors of the respective elevator cars; and an allotment control means 5 referring to a responsibly floor table 6 showing the responsibly floors of the respective elevator cars prepared by the determination, to allot the elevator cars that can respond to the calling floors in response to the calls of users on the respective floors. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
