<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device preventing application of brake by a motor to a spindle during the operation of a pretensioner. <P>SOLUTION: When a collision is predicted, a control part 3 instructs rotation with respect to the motor 23. The motor 23 rotates the spindle 22 via a gear mechanism 24, so as to eliminate looseness of a seat belt 13 by winding it up. When an impact caused by a collision is detected, the control part 3 makes a switch 5 disconnect terminals 5a, 5b, so as to disconnect a feeding terminal 23b of the motor 23 from one output terminal of a power source device 6. The control part 3 outputs an operation signal to operate the pretensioner 25. Together with a driving shaft 23a of the motor 23, the pretensioner 25 rotates the spindle 22 to wind up the seat belt 13 without generating regeneration brake by the motor 23, so as to constrain an occupant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
