<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead ball fractional recovery system which can increase the separation recovery of a lead ball. <P>SOLUTION: The lead ball fractional recovery method involves the following processes: a classification process to classify earth and sand including the lead ball into the earth and sand which are of a particle diameter close to the lead ball and also, exceed a particle diameter somewhat larger than that of the lead ball and the earth and sand including the lead ball which is smaller than the particle diameter of the earth and sand; a specific gravity difference selection process to select by specific gravity difference the earth and sand including the lead ball, as the earth and sand including the lead ball and the earth and sand not including the lead ball, using a wind force; and a magnetic force selection process to select a non-ferrous metal, capitalizing on an eddy current, with regard to the earth and sand including the lead ball selected by specific gravity difference. Thus, under this lead ball fractional recovery system, the lead ball scattered in the soils for fractionally recovering the lead ball from the earth and sand, is fractionally recovered. In the above classification process, the earth and sand is introduced which are made to undergo a drying process to dry the earth and sand containing the lead ball and a moisture and a stripping process to strip the earth and sand off the lead ball, with regard to the earth and sand including the dried lead ball. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
