<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to stably detect a thin object. <P>SOLUTION: A projector 1 and an optical receiver 2 each with deflecting plates of P, S on a front face are set in opposition with an interval of a detection target area F. The S deflecting plate 20S of the optical receiver 2 is in a state opposed to the P deflecting plate 10P of the projector 1, and the P deflecting plate 20P of the optical receiver 2, in a state opposed to the S deflecting plate 10S of the projector 1, respectively. At the projector 1, an optical axis to each deflecting plate 10P is changed downward aslant by a prism 12, and an optical axis of each deflecting plate 10S, upward aslant. Light passing through the deflecting plates 10P, 10S crosses aslant each detection target area F, and is irradiated on whole faces of the deflecting plates 20P, 20S corresponding to characteristics of the light. With this, the detecting area by the P deflection and the detecting area by the S deflection cross aslant the detection target area F, and that, are in a crossed state in the detection target area F. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
