PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically control a device for various accessory installation for reducing work labor and a time for supplying noise preventive plates 30 and 40, in the device for performing thermocompression bonding fixation by supplying the noise preventive plates of resins to a back plate for reducing noise after molding a brake pad for an automobile. SOLUTION: The noise preventive plates 30 and 40 loaded on a loading machine 100 are lifted to a height extractable by a lifting base 170 and a height sensing sensor 180, and then, suction pads 250 and 260 of an operation plate 240 of a transfer machine 200 extract the noise preventive plates to be supplied to a separation machine 300. While passing though a separation roller 330 of the separation machine 300, releasing paper 32 and 34 of the noise preventive plates 30 and 40 are separated to be discharged on a discharge plate 360. A suction pad 580 of an arm 520 of a work robot 500 sucks the noise preventive plates 30 and 40 based on attitude information by an attitude sensor 400 to be supplied on the back plate of brake pads 10 and 20 waiting in the vicinity.
