PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type combustion deodorizer allowing a heat storage body to be satisfactorily purged. SOLUTION: The heat storage type combustion deodorizer 1 includes: a combustion chamber 3 provided with burners 2; three or more heat storage chambers 5 each provided with the heat storage body 4 and communicated with the combustion chamber 3; a feed channel 7 provided with a fan 6 so as to feed a raw gas to the combustion chamber 3 via any of the heat storage chambers 5; an exhaust gas channel 8 for exhausting a treated gas from the combustion chamber 3 via any of the heat storage chambers 5; a purge channel 9 for drawing out the treated gas from the combustion chamber 3 via any of the heat storage chambers 5 and flowing the gas back to the upstream of the fan 6 in the feed channel 7. An adjusting damper 13 is arranged on the upstream side of the junction between the feed channel 7 and the purge channel 9 or in the discharge gas channel 8.
